(FRANKS..) A plane that was part of a display team has crashed at the CarFest motoring event in Cheshire. Emergency services are at the scene in Oulton Park. The crash happened just after 14:00 BST. BBC producer Justin Bones, who is at the scene, said two planes performed a low-level, close-proximity pass just before the crash. One of the aircraft failed to pull up and crashed north of the circuit, he said. Mr Bones said he did not see an ejector seat deploy from the aircraft, nor a parachute, and the plane possibly landed in a wood. The identification of the pilot is not yet known. No injuries have been confirmed. Police said they were attending an incident at Oulton Park. BBC presenter Chris Evans who was the founder of CarFest, which raises money for BBC Children in Need, has  tweeted about the crash. (FRANKS..) Mourners are gathering in Georgia for the funeral of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of the late singer Whitney Houston. The 22-year-old died in a hospice last Sunday, six months after she was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub. She is expected to be buried beside her mother at a cemetery in New Jersey. Houston drowned in a bathtub  at a Los Angeles hotel in 2012 on the eve of the Grammy Awards ceremony. Brown's funeral service at St James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta is closed to the public. An initial autopsy found no obvious underlying cause for her death. She was discovered face down in a bath at the Atlanta home she shared with her partner Nick Gordon in January. Frosty relations between Mr Gordon and Brown's relatives came to a head in June, when her court-appointed representative sued him, accusing him of misrepresenting his relationship with her. Garba Shehu told the BBC this was there was now trust between those contributing troops since the election of President Muhammadu Buhari in May. He was speaking ahead of the Nigerian leader's visit to Cameroon. A boosted force with 8,700 troops from Cameroon, Chad, Niger and Nigeria is to become fully operational next month. On Tuesday, Cameroon announced it would deploy an extra 2,000 troops along its northern border with Nigeria to fight Boko Haram. It follows an upsurge in suicide attacks in northern Cameroon blamed on the Nigerian militants. All 28 Nato members are joining an extraordinary meeting to discuss Turkey's campaign against the Islamic State (IS) group and Kurdish militants. The meeting was called by Turkey, which has staged a dramatic shift in its approach to the Syrian conflict. The previously reluctant partner in the US-led coalition against IS has launched raids against IS in Syria. Turkey's prime minister said he expects his country's allies to show solidarity and support for its campaign. Analysts say a factor in its change in stance on the Syrian conflict are plans - not yet formally announced - to establish an "Islamic State-free zone" along its Syrian border in collaboration with the US. The Vice President had toured Adamawa and Borno states recently and early this month, two suicide bombers had blown themselves up outside a village in Maiduguri at the time Osinbajo was visiting the city. Osinbajo disclosed this at a meeting of the National Economic Council (NEC) after governors from the North-East and North-West presented updates on insurgency and other crimes such as cattle rustling and banditry in the North-West. A local district lawyer said the shootings were being investigated as an "act of domestic terrorism". The gunman, who was shot dead, was named as 24-year-old Mohammad Youssuf Abdulazeez by the FBI and local reports said he was born in the Middle East. President Barack Obama said the attack was "heartbreaking" and said the suspect appeared to be a "lone gunman". Abdulazeez is believed to have been born in Kuwait, but has lived in the US for several years. The cuts represents about 7% of those employees, compared to the 14% cut announced a year ago. This is Nadella's second major restructuring. Reports emerged on Friday that Maseko appeared in Johannesburg’s Wynberg Magistrate's Court to face charges of cloning car licence plates to avoid traffic fines. Another driver, who bought a car previously owned by Maseko, is said to have received R30 000 in fines linked to a newer car with the same licence plate.
